Hakan Kırdar

Hakan Kırdar (1963, Aydın) studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University and continued his academic career at the same institution. Combining his experience in graphic design and art direction with his artistic practice, the artist focuses on the concepts of history, identity, and memory in his work. The layered visual language he develops using various techniques establishes strong connections with space. His works offer viewers intellectual depth while lending living spaces a unique and contemporary character.
