Nejbir Erkol

Nejbir Erkol (1995, Nusaybin) completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in painting. Her practice explores the fragility and insecurity of life in a border region through the concept of precarity. Working across video, performance, painting, and installation, she creates powerful narratives using temporary and fragile materials. Her works establish a striking connection between personal experience and social realities, inviting viewers to reflect on vulnerability, resilience, and the conditions that shape everyday life.
