Settar Birecikligil (1954, Gaziantep) completed his postgraduate studies at the Neşet Günal Studio of Mimar Sinan University. In addition to painting, he has produced significant works in sculpture and public art, including Atatürk monuments, reliefs, frescoes, and stained-glass installations. Establishing strong connections with public spaces, his works make historical and cultural memory visible while bringing a lasting and impactful character to their surroundings and living environments.
