Sometimes, artworks may not look the same in your home as they do online. And that's perfectly fine. At MoHA, the priority is for art to bring joy, and you can return any artwork you don't enjoy within 14 days, anytime. The rental fee for the days the artwork was in your possession will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. This way, the artwork re-enters circulation, and you retain the freedom to experience it.

That’s the best part about renting! If you live with the artwork for a while and change your mind, you have the right to exchange the artwork once during a 6-month rental and twice during a 12-month rental. All you need to do is notify us of your exchange request at least 14 days in advance. The minimum rental period at MoHA is 3 months, and all exchanges are made from artworks in the category appropriate for your subscription plan.

Sometimes you might want your artworks framed, and getting it done yourself can be a hassle; you might not always find the right person, it could take weeks, or it could be very costly. As MoHA, our business is art, so we constantly work with experts in this field – we can solve the framing problem for you at a much lower cost and with less time than you would spend!

Homes are full of artworks that have been purchased/rented and are sitting in a room, waiting to be hung. Which is normal – who wants to take time out of their daily life and bother with hanging them? And then there are those crazy questions like "Is this the right wall?", "Is it plaster?", "Will this screw hold it?". There's no need for any of that, MoHA can do it all for you. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy it.

In addition to the rental or sale price, we charge an extra fee for shipping only, as we value our artworks greatly. However, if you choose to purchase and pick up the artwork yourself, you won't pay any extra shipping fee! Beyond shipping, we offer additional services for installation, framing, and art consultancy. Frankly, they are all wonderful services that make your life easier and are much faster and more professional than market rates – we highly recommend them! Also, if you have accumulated Plus points, you can use them when purchasing these additional services!

You can use your Plus points for anything except new rentals: when buying, or when using additional services. Your Plus points will be deducted from these costs as money.
