We are also here for collectors! If you have artworks and wish to exhibit and tour them through MoHA, or if you want to expand and diversify your collection, all you need to do is contact us. We would be delighted to assist you: we will prepare an art management plan and together we will decide which of your artworks to display in their current locations, which to keep in storage, which to rent/sell through MoHA, and what kind of new artworks you can add to your collection.
No, MoHA does not charge any membership or listing fees to collectors.
No, MoHA is not only a platform provider but also offers Art Architecture services to individual and corporate clients under MoHA extra, with its in-house team of interior designers and architects. It designs spaces with artworks, making artists part of an architectural concept. The artworks are placed with the lighting, surface, and display methods they deserve. Especially for corporate clients, mini galleries are created, and through QR systems, the collector's artworks reach a wide audience.
You can choose the artworks to be rented out with MoHA consultants, then your artworks can be opened for rent and sale on the MoHA platform.
You set the selling price of your work. The rental fee is calculated as a percentage of the selling price you set. You can offer some works for sale only and others for rent only.
Contracts between MoHA and collectors are made on a per-artwork basis. A separate contract is drawn up for each artwork, and the process is managed transparently.
If MoHA rents out the work, it pays the rent it collects to the collector. If the collector grants selling rights and MoHA sells the work, it pays the sale price to the collector. MoHA charges a commission on rental and sale prices. If no rental or sale occurs, MoHA does not make a payment to the collector.
Yes, you can track how long, at what price, and in which area your artwork is rented for on the platform once it is leased. As we mentioned, all our processes are transparent, and you can always access all information regarding your artworks.
Should any damage occur to the artwork, MoHA will, in accordance with the pre-agreed contractual terms, follow up on it on behalf of the artist and ensure that the collector is compensated according to the extent of the damage.
Yes, your leased works can be offered for sale on the MoHA platform. If a customer wishes to purchase, you will be notified.
Your artworks can be rented to both individual art lovers and corporate clients.
You must securely pack your artwork in accordance with the packing instructions provided by MoHA. The details of the packing instructions will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.
After packaging the artwork, you should photograph it from all angles and send the photos to MoHA. This way, you can document the condition of your artwork during the delivery process.
