At MoHa, we work with a broad community of artists. MoHa artists include all types of artists: new, emerging, and established. The principles MoHA considers when selecting artists are based on diversity, inclusivity, and equality. We prioritize giving a voice to individuals who are minorities, especially in Turkey, due to their ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or gender. Artist selections are made in collaboration with expert academics and consultants in the field.
No, MoHA does not charge artists any membership or exhibition fees.
No, MoHA is not just a platform provider; it also offers art architecture services to individual and corporate clients under MoHA extra, with its in-house team of interior designers and architects. By designing spaces with artworks, it integrates artists into an architectural concept. The artworks are placed with the lighting, surface, and display method they deserve. Especially for corporate clients, mini-galleries are created, and thanks to QR systems, artists' works reach a wide audience.
After being accepted as an artist by MoHA, you can upload your works to the intermediate step of the system and make them available for rent/sale.
You set the selling price for your work. The rental fee is calculated as a percentage of the selling price you determine.
Providing your artwork to MoHA does not mean you cannot offer it on another platform. However, since each artwork is unique, to prevent customer inconvenience, the relevant artwork remains with MoHA during the rental period and cannot be exhibited or sold elsewhere.
Contracts between MoHA and the artist are made on a per-artwork basis. A separate contract is drawn up for each artwork, and the process is managed transparently.
If MoHA rents the artwork, it pays the rent it collects to the artist. If the artist grants sales rights and MoHA sells the artwork, it pays the sales price to the artist. MoHA takes a commission from rental and sales fees. If no rental or sale occurs, MoHA does not make a payment to the artist.
Yes, you can track how long, at what price, and in which area your artwork is rented for on the platform once it is leased. As we mentioned, all our processes are transparent, and you can always access all information regarding your artworks.
Should the artwork be damaged in any way, MoHA will follow up on behalf of the artist, in accordance with the previously agreed-upon contractual terms, and ensure that the artist is compensated according to the extent of the damage.
Yes, your leased works can be offered for sale on the MoHA platform. If a customer wishes to purchase, you will be notified.
Yes, MoHA artists can receive special orders from clients, and this process is managed by MoHA.
Your works can be rented to both individual art lovers and corporate clients. For corporate clients, the works can be positioned as part of the architectural concept and presented with QR codes linking to the artist's information.
You must securely pack your artwork in accordance with the packing instructions provided by MoHA. The details of the packing instructions will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.
After packaging the artwork, you should photograph it from all angles and send the photos to MoHA. This way, you can document the condition of your artwork during the delivery process.
