After receiving the rental request, we evaluate your application within a maximum of 3 business days. During this process, we connect you with a complimentary art consultant, jointly determine your needs, and prepare a customized offer accordingly.

Once you approve the offer, the Corporate Rental Agreement is signed, and the artworks you selected are delivered to you. If included in your package, we also provide additional services such as on-site discovery, installation, and art consultancy at this stage.

Of course! Most of the artworks listed on MoHA can both be rented and purchased.

If you really like an artwork you’ve rented, you also have the option to purchase it. Some artworks may only be available for rent or only for purchase. You can easily check which option is available on the artwork’s page.

MoHA typically offers 3, 6, 9, and 12-month rental options for artworks. Although the minimum rental period for individual users is 3 months, we understand that some businesses may require shorter-term solutions.

Therefore, we offer more flexible terms for corporate users. For example, we provide solutions for a one-week event, a single-shoot film or advertising production, a one-month showroom setup, or special projects requiring single-day setup and same-day delivery.

Yes, MoHA offers both leasing and purchasing services to institutions. For transactions made on behalf of an institution, we issue invoices using your company information.

Renting artwork for your business at MoHA is quite practical. Especially for rentals of 10 artworks or more, we offer special advantages. These include free on-site discovery, design consultancy, delivery, and installation services provided by MoHA.

To create a customized plan for your needs, we invite you to fill out our corporate application form. This way, we can quickly and accurately offer you the most suitable solution.

At MoHA, rent payments are collected monthly, and a separate invoice is issued for each month. Payments are automatically and securely processed through the card registered in the system.

Invoicing is also sent to your email address each month, allowing you to easily track your payments.

When you lease a work through MoHA, MoHA borrows that work from the artist on your behalf. During the lease period, you have the right to use the work, but ownership remains with the artist.

During this period, the work cannot be transferred to another institution or user. If you wish, you can purchase the work during or at the end of the lease period and transfer its ownership to your institution. Some artists always keep their works available for sale; in this case, you will see this separately during the offer.

Furthermore, if the work is purchased by another client while it is in your possession, you will receive a sales commission.

You must use the rented artwork in accordance with the membership agreement and maintenance guide. But don't worry – as long as you follow these rules, the artworks are quite easy to maintain.

If the artwork is damaged in any way, please notify us immediately. Remember, these artworks are not ours; they are valuable pieces belonging to artists or collectors. Our team will assess the damage and, if necessary, inform you of the costs.
