Care: Do not expose the artwork to direct sunlight. Do not keep it in high-humidity environments (such as bathrooms or kitchens). Once a month, gently dust it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not interfere with its frame or surface. If you need to transport it, let us know, and we can plan how to package it together.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery: Shipping is available throughout Turkey. For artworks up to 30 decimeters, shipping is free. This measurement approximately covers artworks measuring 60 × 120 cm or 75 × 100 cm and below. For artworks exceeding these dimensions, special transport is arranged, and an additional shipping fee applies. For international shipments, please contact: info@museumofhouseart.com

Returns: Distance lease and sales agreements related to the rental or sale of artworks fall into the category of contracts for goods or services whose prices fluctuate due to financial market changes and are beyond the control of the seller or provider. Therefore, the user does not have a right of withdrawal. Regarding artworks whose lease period has ended, the user shall return the relevant artworks within five (5) calendar days from the expiration of the lease period, using one of the contracted cargo companies, in accordance with MOHA's packaging instructions and with the original box received.

Sometimes, artworks may not look the same in your home as they do online. And that's perfectly fine. At MoHA, the priority is for art to bring joy, and you can return any artwork you don't enjoy within 14 days, anytime. The rental fee for the days the artwork was in your possession will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. This way, the artwork re-enters circulation, and you retain the freedom to experience it.
This is the best part of renting! If you live with the artwork for a while and change your mind, you have the right to exchange it.
You can exchange the artwork 1 time during a 6-month rental, 2 times during a 9-month rental, and 3 times during a 12-month rental. All you need to do is notify us of your exchange request at least 14 days in advance. If the new artwork you choose has a different rental fee, we will inform you beforehand and proceed with the exchange upon your approval. The time elapsed during the exchange process is added to your rental period. The minimum rental period at MoHA is 3 months.
